One placement.
A 15% fee.
Our standard recruitment fee is 15% of the candidate’s basic annual salary, plus applicable VAT. Your business employs and pays the successful candidate directly.
Fees are only payable in accordance with agreed terms after a successful placement. We agree the recruitment terms with you before proceeding, including the three-month rebate conditions. VAT is additional at 20% where legally applicable.
We recruit permanent staff only, including related specialist engineering and construction appointments.

Fee = 15% of basic annual salary. For £50,000: £7,500 fee + £1,500 VAT = £9,000 where VAT applies. VAT is charged only where legally applicable. This estimate is subject to agreed recruitment terms.
